I believe there is a version of Lotus Notes that works on Linux, but I'm not sure about the Mac platform. Notes is a little hard getting adapted to, but it is much more than a mail client, and you may find you like the other things it can do. BTW, I'm not a Lotus expert, so I probably can't answer questions on how to set it up, etc. GL--doug

If equal functionality is what they are after, you might want to take a look at Evolution. It is much like Outlook in function, looks and operation. Due soon is a plug in kind of thing so it will even be able to connect to MS Exchange servers, should your company be so crazy as to use them. IIRC, Outlook Express runs under Mac. What are they using now? What kind of mail server will the client be connecting to? Be well, Lissa -- PLAN, v.t. To bother about the best method of accomplishing an accidental result. The only one I know of that is written for all 3 OSs, is Mulberry. It initially was designed for IMAP, but now can also be used for POP too. It is an outstanding MUA, and is constantly in development, and handles PGP too, and HTML, etc. It will handle the Mac OS X, Unix, Linux, etc. It is not free, but it is nice, and probably the fastest IMAP MUA ever... Try it for 30 days... www.cyrusoft.com/mulberry/ -- Best regards, Gary
