WOH, Very Very Cool. I've never known any other browsers to do this. I wonder if the media is aware if this, and I bet if M$ knows about this their ears are burning. I wonder what KDE 3.x has in store. Cheers, Curtis On Saturday 27 October 2001 22:43, Avi Schwartz wrote:
I have never experienced this before since I rarely do anything with sound files and I rarely use konqueror as a file manager. Today I did both and I am so impressed.... This is with kde 2.2.1.
I had a bunch of wav and mp3 files listed in the konqueror file browser, suddenly I started hearing a sound file being played. I moved my mouse cursor over the icon of another sound file and that one started playing. Apparently when the konqueror file browser is in either icon or multiColumn view it will 'preview' the files.
I have to wonder what other goodies are hiding there which I am yet to discover.
