This PII 350 has 256mb and 9.1 is a little slow. time to shop. If you can handle it pickup some 512mb chips and youll do fine. My PIII has only one 512 but its enough and room for two more. If you lost the MB books then its time to open the box blow out the dust with an air can and look for the ID on the MB. CWSIV

I haven't found info on either on the net. One is a Dell, but they don't list that model for upgrade info.
