Dear All, I have a minor private business with very limited number of customers having all kind of IT-support by me. In the near future their number can be easily higher and wonder which software I could use to have a kind of database on them?! The software should be easy-to-manage and should handle a limited number of data as e.g. name/address/ph. num- ber, but several aspects of their win* systems as well, like a con- tent manager system for problems/solutions/todos/etc. Before entering this data into Kontakt or preparing a template for OOorg, I decided to ask you, maybe there is a good tool to achieve all the above issues.
