you have to install the package kdetoys first. That is where kweather lives. I personally like kmail / konqueror I use firefox for browsing (brow some people like evolution (outlook clone) some people like thunderbird (mail part of mozilla) or just mozilla for both browsing and email... Hi,
You can add KWeather to the panel. Right-click an open area, click Add > Applet > KWeather. You’ll have to configure it for your locale.

I'm not very happy with the default install of Kmail and Konqueror and was wondering what everyone else uses. Can anyone recommend a better mouse trap for linux. I am a newbie
Also I'm looking for a weather program that will put the local temperature down by the clock.
Thanks...
