Spanish is also bad. The first part is translated, from the TOC onwards it is in English.

We already track it here:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=460064 (not a prime number, but a nice number nevertheless).
I hope to find time within the next couple of days. In the future we should find a way to "out-source" the release notes process as much as possible...
