[opensuse-translation] bad gateway

Sorry, I can't. openSUSE Postgresql database server is down. Weblate depends on it. We have to wait until openSUSE admin team returns it back. Well, it was checked a week ago. Localization portal indeed runs: https://l10n.opensuse.org/static/weblate-128.png (haproxy checks for this file to not overload the server). To imagine structure of the web: client: https://l10n.opensuse.org -> proxy server: haproxy -> Weblate server: nginx -> uwsgi -> Django -> Weblate -> postgresql server: postgresql over SSL connection If anything of that breaks, Weblate stops to work.
