openSUSE Postgresql database server is down. Weblate depends on it. We have to wait until openSUSE admin team returns it back. I have a yesterday's full backup.

Interestingly, https://status.opensuse.org/ shows Localization portal as Operational, but the information was last updated 9 days ago... Ehm...? Where to discuss this bug?

I already reported the problem as https://progress.opensuse.org/issues/28204 However, I do not have permission to access the URL.
