[opensuse-translation] l10n.opensuse.org: weblate migration to 2.17.1
Hi. I just prepared and tested migration of 2eblate to the recent version 2.17.1. It will bring fixes and new features to openSUSE Weblate. I plan to perform upgrade tomorrow afternoon. The planned outage should not be longer than 15 minutes. Next upgrade will be applied at the end of November. https://l10n.opensuse.org/ is now upgraded to Weblate 2.17.1.
