He apparently is using the scanner though; can an AIO be seen as a scanner but not as a printer? As you may observe from my latest messages, the Epson printer is now working, but the scanner is not, and has not. I need it to work, of course. (It works on an old PCLOS laptop.) And I need the HP LaserJet to work also, but one thing at a time.
