HI
I can quite happily print a small selection of pages from a PDF using Okular to a printer but it i try to do that but use "Print to a file (PDF)" instead of a physical printer, it doesn't work as i get the whole file again. Does anyone know if this is the way it should work i.e. not be able to select pages to print to a file or if its a bug / future enhancement?
regards
Ian
It works here, but only one page range can be selected, like 4-65. The custom page selection option below it that would let you freely combine pages like 3,4-52,67 doesn't work and is greyed out.

Thanks for replying. The reason i wanted to select pages was i got a PDF that had a blank page between each page of text and i wanted to also split the file in half and exclude those blank pages. I've logged a bug 425076 just i case it can be changed. If you open the new file in okular that is created by the print, okular still uses the original file name in the title bar so a bit of work is needed. -- opensuse:tumbleweed:20200805 Qt: 5.15.0 KDE Frameworks: 5.72.0 - KDE Plasma: 5.19.4 - kwin 5.19.4 kmail2 5.14.3 (20.04.3) - akonadiserver 5.14.3 (20.04.3) - Kernel: 5.7.11-1-default - xf86-video-nouveau: 1.0.16 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-support+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-support+owner@opensuse.org
