[opensuse-support] how to block the use of non existing extention

On my camera in use e.g. for Skype and other programs I have disconnected the builtin microphone. The sound over the time deteriorated. I am now using a separate microphone. Now and than when I least expect it especial Skype decides that it is or should be connected with the builtin microphone.
