By installing it, obviously. You try to use it, it should tell you "not found, try 'cnf locate'", and if you do, it will probably tell how to install it. Hint: it is an official package, with an extra letter. As I don't have tumbleweed, and I already have the package installed, I can not show you the output. Go ahead and do it.
