Anybody knows something?
I have oS 11.0
Check the output of 'antivir --version'. It could be that the license key is expired. You'll get all sort of weird behavior then (sadly without telling you the reason why).
The key is no longer needed, as far as I know. nimrodel:~ # antivir --version 7.9.1.35 operating system: Linux (glibc 2.2) product version: 2.1.12-208 engine version: 7.9.1.35 packlib version: 7.6.1.19 (supports 34 formats) vdf version: 7.1.6.95 Warning: the file "antivir.vdf" is more than 14 days old product: AntiVir Workstation key file: personaledition_classic.key registered user: Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic serial number: 0000149996-PXWSE-0001 key expires: 02 Sep 2010 run mode: PERSONAL product: AntiVir (command line scanner) key file: personaledition_classic.key registered user: Avira AntiVir PersonalEdition Classic serial number: 0000149996-PXWSE-0001 key expires: 02 Sep 2010 <============================= run mode: PERSONAL nimrodel:~ # Anyway, the file is dated a month ago: - -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 1024 Oct 11 11:21 /usr/lib/AntiVir/personaledition_classic.key - -- Cheers, Carlos E.
