[opensuse-releaseteam] packagelists VM to be taken down Thursday to increase resources

This will render the various review bots and tools inoperable during the window. Afterwards I will migrate the repo-checker and new pkglistgen (used by Leap) services back to packagelists VM. [opensuse-releaseteam] Devel project for zabbix monitoring system

Dear all, I would like to request to set server:monitoring:zabbix as devel project for zabbix30 package that I am maintaining for quite some time (and zabbix in server:monitoring "old LTS" version) Idea is to have in factory zabbix30 and as consequence in SLE:BackPorts zabbix monitoring solution.
