I also have problems - to elaborate what I assume is teh same problem that JDD has: the first link http://en.opensuse.org/Election:OpenSUSE_Slogan works fine, but on that page is a link to log in at http://en.opensuse.org/Special:Userlogin - this is broken & so we can't register a vote.
Looks to me like a server error (404?) is trapped and results in:
"No such special page From openSUSE You have requested an invalid special page, a list of valid special pages may be found at Special:Specialpages."
