If you mouse-over the green text, you will get this information like a tooltip. Maybe I misread the message. But for me it seems that the status message was last updated at the time shown. I think it means that the status has not changed since then. Ie, that those system did not have a problem in all that time.
Okay, so it makes more sense. Maybe it would be better if it were written there: Running since... It's just a small suggestion.
Sure, but has to be made to the people that maintain that. Many things are run by volunteers from the community. Somethings to be done need a new volunteer. I don't know if this is the case.
