I don't think Bugzilla is entirely broken... many more would see / feel this as an issue.
It turns out that it is suse mail service that is broken. They have implemented an SPF definition that does not include mx2.suse.de (and maybe others). Thus when my ISP sees those emails they get correctly rejected:
Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host tnetmx.telefonica.net[213.4.149.227] said: 550 5.1.0 <...@suse.com> sender rejected (SPF Hard Fail) (in reply to MAIL FROM command)
But it distresses me that I had to post here to get attention to my Bugzilla.
Note: That was a reject of my own email - wasn't it? That might have nothing to do with bugzilla... I asked the admin team to look at the opensuse.org mail setup, let's see what's they can tell us, Andreas
