Went to the newly created directory "cd c_cpp_reference-1.0" made the package ready for installtion: "./configure;make"
Then comes the problem at the end of configure: error: Qt (>= 1.42 and < 2.0) (headers and libraries) not found. Please check your installation!

If you have a recent version of SuSE, the version of Qt you have will be 3.*.* in /usr/lib/qt/lib. This may well be the explanation for failing to compile. You could try making sure that the development package for Qt is installed, but I suspect that won't help because the package is looking for Qt < 2.0 -- JDL Non enim propter gloriam, diuicias aut honores pugnamus set propter libertatem solummodo quam Nemo bonus nisi simul cum vita amittit.
