I can't send E-Mails with Kontact Das Senden der E-Mail ist fehlgeschlagen: Fehler beim Übertragen der Nachricht. Bei der Authentifizierung ist ein Fehler aufgetreten: SASL(0): successful result: Opensuse 12.2 RC1 How can me help ? This took me 2 minutes to find sitting on the toilet. I'm taking my laptop into the WC with me to read mail because I don't have any other spare time to use. You could have done the above for me by 1) searching bugs.kde.org [and bugzilla.novell.com] for kmail2 bugs with "sasl" in the comments and 2) reading the comments to the matching bugs. Then a nice mail pointing out that we have this bug in our cyrus-sasl 2.1.25 package in 12.2 which fixed by commit d1b57852247641be30decc480b0719d322f0bc5c and *i* could have patched the package already while doing my ablutions. Hi, Actually this issue already reported to novell.bugzilla at https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=763112 Also I already build test packages with upstream patch, unfortunately I cannot reproduce it with my fresh installed 12.2 RC1, but some feedback said they still can reproduce it on RC1, and the fix not help for them :( more details please see bugzilla.
