[opensuse-kde] Tumbleweed Build 510 Dolphin is missing the ability to change icon size of folders in the left panel
Hi all, I did a fresh install of Tumbleweed Build 510 Plasma 5.9.5. I noticed when you right-click on the icons in the left panel I can no longer change the the size of the folders. The only work around was to manually add the following to dolphinrc. [PlacesPanel] IconSize=32 Cheers! It was more logical to right-click on an icon, changing "its" size, and have *all* icons affected? ;) That's the reason for this change: "- Moving Icon Size to the global context menu rather than the item context menu where it made no sense from a context perspective" ( https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/109015/ ) Anyway, feel free to file a bug report at http://bugs.kde.org/.

No. This has nothing to do with Plasma, we are talking about dolphin here. Dolphin is not even released together with Plasma, it is part of KDE Applications (hence the different version number scheme, 17.04 vs 5.8/5.9). It doesn't make a difference if you run the same dolphin version in Plasma 5.8 or 5.9 (or any other desktop, for that matter).
