Well, I did not checked the state yesterday. There's netbeans 6.5 in
openSUSE:Factory and openSUSE:Factory:NonFree, that means the legal review was
finished. Unfortunatelly it's probably impossible to update netbeans to 6.7 in
3 days to feature freeze, because there's no time to an another legal review.
Noth packages are identical.
$ osc log openSUSE:Factory:NonFree netbeans

r3 | unknown | 2009-07-11 03:30:31 | 924dce250c35a886e6408f801d2cb453 | 6.5
$ osc log openSUSE:Factory netbeans
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
r1 | unknown | 2009-07-27 18:06:48 | 924dce250c35a886e6408f801d2cb453 | 6.5
so I created a deleterequest 15596 to drop it from NonFree, because it have
passed the legal check.

I agree. Denny, if you'd like to have DVD with netbeans, you could create your
own appliance using susestudio. But for general openSUSE user it's not much
important.
