And even some yast2 packages have 'License: GPL' ...

I extracted the License: field from all packages in SUSE, so it should be some clue[1] for it. But volunteers for cleaning of it are welcome ;-)

Pavol - what's the state of Licensing Guidelines[2]? There can be a list of allowed licenses.
