Listmates,
I am trying to resize the size column in yast to make it readable, but I can't seem to make it work. I can grab the left side of the column and drag it around, I can grab the column-title "Size" and change the column order, but I cannot grab the right-edge and expand it.
Bug or feature?
I can grab the left side of the size column header and drag to the right until the horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom and I can double click it and it auto resizes, mine behaves correctly yast2-qt-pkg-2.18.9-1.1 which is the latest in factory. Your problem is most probably qt4 related, I'm running libqt4-4.5.1-2.1 which is also the latest ( at least it was yesterday) Regards Dave P
Hmm, thanks Dave. It looks like I might have a mixed-version problem between 2.16 & 2.18. (maybe it's supposed to be that way??) My qt version is: libqt4-4.5.1-47.1. If my yast2 packages are mixed, this somehow happened when I updated yast with factory-oss & factory kde4 repos added. zypper says I have the latest version of yast2 installed and when I updated, it did pull in all the dependent packages. Checking, zypper says: [20:49 alchemy:/usr/lib64/jvm] # zypper up yast2 Loading repository data... Reading installed packages... No update candidate for 'yast2'. Resolving package dependencies... Nothing to do.
