It still does not support BLueZ 5, so currently it is not useful in openSUSE.
There is a bluez5 branch, but I have not tested it.
Also I'm not sure stuff like https://github.com/blueman-project/blueman/commit/724aa75296ce03f2f453a06945... would make it past legal review.
This looks worse than it actually is (and the commit message is a bit misleading). The whole code was (and still is) GPL-3+. He just removed the copyright boilerplate text from individual files.
