I am not sure it is the same cause, but I got the message from apper that there were around 1350 packages to update in my 13.1 B1 system, so I did. Now the system starts up very slowly and finally I get the log in screen. So I log in. I got the icons for starting up a KDE session, after that the screen remains black. I can go to the console with Ctrl+Alt+F1 and login, but "init 3" hangs the system.
No, completely different issue. 13.1 b1 issue is with dbus version -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri http://wahoo.no-ip.org Photo Album: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/gallery2 Registered Linux User #207535 @ http://linuxcounter.net -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-factory+owner@opensuse.org
