Since recent updates, I'm seeing plasmashell using 100% CPU:

It gets into this state after a time, not immediately after logging in, and everything becomes sluggish.
This is plasma on Wayland with Intel graphics.
Is this a general problem?
I get the same on a laptop with intel graphics. restarting plasmashell usually cures the "high cpu" usage.
