Do not expect subpixel rendering quality infinality setting is based on, we can't use it.

Something to do with patents correct? I have been told by someone on the IRC channel that those have expired or something along those lines. Still I understand wanting to avoid the issues that may come with it and its not like Infinality is difficult to install.
