You're seeing what you wish it to mean, not what it does mean. Niederwimmer isn't announcing a release of 13.2 Milestone 0. Stephan isn't calling anything Milestone 0. All Stephan was doing was pointing Niederwimmer to what is available that most closely matches what Niederwimmer appears to want.
Actually, I have also understood it as such. Niederwimmer asked for Milestone 0 and got the link in return without making a distinction.
Nowhere at the URL Stephan provided is the string "ilestone" to be found. And if you check it often enough, you'll see its content changes with some frequency. Announced Milestone isos normally only get one timestamp each.
He didn't provide any string but it was implied from the thread subject and content. Person asked for Milestone 0, elaborated his problems and wants and got the reply containing a link and a snarky comment. Assuming everyone reading and posting here knows ins and outs of the project is a bit too much to ask, and a little unreasonable. If opposite isn't stated, implied is close enough.

Thanks for pointing it out.
Dunno which "it" to which you refer, but :-)
You took time to explain process (it) of having a Milestone release and all that it entails. I didn't know that so _it_ was new to me:) Or did I snip it out? i checked the sent mail it's there. Kind regards, Jason
