No, that's 25*6 = 150 for a bast-case scenario. There could be all kinds of mitigating factors that could push that back to a day, for one server. It's happened to me all the time. Mostly hardware-related, I should add.
I agree there could be lots of problems, but I am talking on a no hardware problems, straight installation, like I had with my print server.
You shouldn't have to do the latter -- your backups should be sufficient such that you can restore the whole thing en masse.

It's a nice idea, but also your single-point of failure if that fails to work. I hope you know what to do, should it not run, for whatever reason. :P
Not sure what you mean about this?? I know how to setup all of my server from scratch anyway, without Karoshi, thats how we know how to write it in the first place. Could you explain this a bit more so I can answer.
