the longer answer: 1. try to fix the rpmlint warnings. those are for quality and not just annoyance for packager. this is especially useful if you plan to submit packages to factory at some point.
if you got questions how to fix certain issues, stop by on the opensuse-packaging ml.
2. you can disable (single) checks on per package base with rpmlintrc for details: http://en.opensuse.org/Packaging/RpmLint
