The Telegram-desktop popups a warning "Please update you app to the latest version. The version you are using is out of data and will not no longer work. " It should be updated for Leap.

Also, I am against the idea of reverting telegram-desktop to some old version the runs on both Leap and TW, this means TW users will have to actually downgrade.
