Comment # 3 on bug 1193516 from Xu Zhao

Basically this is because the latest upstream package doesn't support Leap. So
I will mark it as won't fix as the package maintainer. Please feel free to
reopen it if you would like to help contribute porting the latest
telegram-desktop to Leap.
