The Telegram-desktop popups a warning "Please update you app to the latest version. The version you are using is out of data and will not no longer work. " It should be updated for Leap.
The current telegram-desktop has been updated to 3.2.8 (https://build.opensuse.org/package/view_file/server:messaging/telegram-deskt...). However, because it requires Qt5 >= 5.15, it is impossible to update telegram-desktop version on Leap. Also, I am against the idea of reverting telegram-desktop to some old version the runs on both Leap and TW, this means TW users will have to actually downgrade.
