"Kapitel 3. Anwendungen starten", it says that there should be a move item in the context menu. The "KDE-Benutzerhandbuch" says nothing about moving the mini programs in part II, chapter 3. I think that at least the German the documentation is not up to date with the system. I tried to find the English version but couldn't find it. I couldn't even find the name of the RPM package in Yast. Just open any KDE4 app and go to the "Help" menu and open the manual. My guess is that the online docs are still for KDE3.
