I killed my ~/.kde/shared/config/digikamrc to check whether it is some configuration problem (I updated from 10.3), but the problem persists.
Console output of digikam: Found dcraw version: 8.83 terminate called after throwing an instance of 'Exiv2::Error' what(): MakerTagInfo registry full KCrash: Application 'digikam' crashing...

I realized that libexif and kipi-plugins were not refreshed from the repository. After refreshing libexif and kipi-plugins from the repository, some dependent packages changed the architecture. This solved the problem.
