Yes, yes, even Leap 15.0 has VEGA 10 and 12 (but not 11) firmware in the kernel-firmware package but, it seems that, currently, the Tumbleweed Kernel is a better choice for stable Ryzen systems. It has a huge number of backports, so it's not really 4.12. No, I don't personally have one, yet. No easy task to list up the changes :) Actually Leap 15.1 kernel is very different from Leap 15.0 although both show the very same kernel version.
