Well, we have ca 50,000 backported patches in Leap 15.1 kernel. No easy task to list up the changes :) Actually Leap 15.1 kernel is very different from Leap 15.0 although both show the very same kernel version. So, it'd be helpful if you can really test and show what really doesn't work with Leap 15.1 kernel.
