We used to have a hackish patch to disable the TV detection, but this seems to have been dropped on SLE15-SP1 / Leap 15.1 kernel along with the DRM bump... You can work around it via some video kernel option to forcibly disable the TV output. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

video=SVIDEO-1:d seems suited to task. Might there be something more efficient? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

But I guess this will be included at first in the update kernel, not in GMC kernel. Until then, keep the video boot option if it annoys you. Thanks. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

I thought it had locked up when I switched back from vtty2 to vtty7 after the end of package installation, while saving settings was in process. After considerable wait, the GUI was proceeding again. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
