It's a well known problem with the TV detection on old platforms. We used to have a hackish patch to disable the TV detection, but this seems to have been dropped on SLE15-SP1 / Leap 15.1 kernel along with the DRM bump... You can work around it via some video kernel option to forcibly disable the TV output.
