Comment # 10 on bug 1133897 from Takashi Iwai

OK, I revived the old hack patch to disable TV output on SLE15-SP1 branch.
But I guess this will be included at first in the update kernel, not in GMC
kernel.  Until then, keep the video boot option if it annoys you.  Thanks.
