Steps to duplicate: 1. Log in to Bugzilla. 2. Pull down menu with my email address in it, choose Preferences ( https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/userprefs.cgi ) 3. Click on Account Information tab. ( https://secure-www.novell.com/selfreg/jsp/protected/manageAccount.jsp ) 4. Get redirected to Microfocus ( https://www.microfocus.com/selfreg/jsp/protected/manageAccount.jsp?lotsofGET... ) 5. Fill out form properly, click Save. 6. Get redirected back to form. Form now shows new email address with "NOT VALIDATED". 7. Choose "Validate Email" from left-side menu. ( https://www.microfocus.com/selfreg/jsp/protected/validateEmail.jsp ) 8. Observe that my new email address does show up in page text. Click REQUEST CODE button. 9. Get "NO DM Information Sent in Request" error message. 10. Repeat steps 8 and 9 until you give up and create a new throwaway account just to report this bug. Trying to click on Support / Get Help links take me to a Microfocus product selector, and I don't see anything obviously pointing me back here. Trying to log back in to Bugzilla succeeds, bug I am prevented from taking any actions by a red banner telling me I have to validate my email. Trying to log back in to Microfocus results in steps 7-9 being repeated. If I try other things like "Edit Account" I'm given a blank form, so I cannot even try reverting the email address change. Windows 10, all patches, Firefox Browser, latest version. System fail.
