I have the same problem with logging on few PC's. If user has password and autologin is disabled, then at first boot(after locking session it's normal) when user enter pass and click 'Login' image frezees. But if I wait a few seconds and click Ctrl + Alt + F1, then again Ctrl + Alt + F7 system is booted and works great.
