It turns out that the message with /r is a partial message. The full messages
is the one in comment #1, which is not complete because journalctl shows only
the part fitted on one line. The full message is:
okt 05 11:13:18 eiktum systemd-fstab-generator[102]: Failed to create mount
unit file /run/systemd/generator/sysroot.mount, as it already exists. Duplicate
entry in /etc/fstab?
okt 05 11:13:20 eiktum systemd-fstab-generator[449]: Failed to create mount

There is no duplicate entry in /etc/fstab, I carefully checked that.
All entries start with LABEL=
