He already did (bnc#850779). We wanted to make sure, that these are different
issues.
However, I fear that all newer mobile broadband modems are broken in 13.1. They
support either NCM or MBIM, chosen by the kernel driver that prefers MBIM by
default. But ModemManager of openSUSE 13.1 is compiled with "--without-mbim".
This cannot work.
Debian patched their kernel because of this:
