The problem is that M2Crypto is using SWIG 3.0.5. My Tumbleweed used 3.0.4 instead, but 12 days ago 3.0.5 landed in Factory (still unpublished).
If I am not wrong, this means that http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/python/openSUSE_... is using 3.0.5 here.
The easy workaround can be install the version form http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/python-M2Crypto...
I will check what is the problem with swig
