gnome-software screenshot
It solved the problem only partially, now I can see "Installed" packages and
probably also "Updates" which is empty now with "Software is up to date" but I
did zypper up manually before.
In current session of GNOME the gnome-software is not showing any package in
"All" tab section. And there is also a notice that "Sorry, something went
wrong".
But once I performed a reboot after "zypper ref -f" then gnome-software was
working again - it said something like 'The list of pkgs is being reloaded' and
then pkgs appeared.
But another notice "Sorry, something went wrong\nfailed to get details for
(null): couldn't find package" landed.
See attached screenshot.
