Ralf: its fairly easy to patch the novfs kernel. Since its open source, all you
need to do is the following:
1) Open up a text editor, gedit
2) Browse to /opt/novell/ncl/src/novfs/
3) open up inode.c
4) type ctrl+i and goto line 4745 and delete the following lines:
#else
inode->i_sb->s_blocksize = sb->s_blocksize;
5) type ctrl+i and goto line 4813 and delete the following lines:
#else
inode->i_sb->s_blocksize = 0;
6) save the file
7) make a backup of novfs.ko located in /lib/modules/`uname-r`/updates/ and
delete it from this location
8) reboot system (shutting down novfs might cause it to segfault)
9) start novfsd if it doesn't start automatically.
10) you should have the new module functioning with correct drive space!
