Hi Carlos!
You should be able to change language at the boot menu: press F2 when you see
the menu with entries "openSUSE 12.3 Live", "Failsafe - openSUSE 12.3", etc.,
and you will see a menu of locales pop-up; select your preferred language, this
will automatically change adapt the keyboard layout to the corresponding
locale. You can also change the keyboard layout independently from the same
menu. The keyboard layout set at the boot menu should be carried over to the
autologged in user (I just checked that it does).
We have now added the YaST module to the LiveCD that does this, so it
should be possible even after login to change keyboard layouts, system
language, etc. Please let me know if this works for you.
