If I remember correctly, libHUpnp1 was recently added as KDE dependency a while ago to Factory. Since then not only almost all KDE applications crash on a regular basis, Dolphin's Places panel also shows all other UPNP devices on the network. If UPNP support is optional, I strongly suggest to disable it until the root problem is fixed.
